The rooms are nice on the 3rd floor. 1st&2nd - the sand dune is in your face. 4th floor outdoor deck is good for stargazing. The pool area is beautifully decorated. The problems - ants in the bathroom and the carpet, no microwave, no iron and the balconies are claustrophic.

Great stay. I'd definitely stay again. Great location for walking the boardwalk. AC unit was hard to keep the temperature even in the room, but no big deal to me, I let them know.
