"The overall condition and cleanliness was a big issue for me. The room has seen better days and definitely needs help. In the meantime a deep clean, I won’t go into detail as far as what I found, but it was enough that I won’t stay here again. The minimal contact I had with staff was unimpressive. The hotel and parking lot are run down and not well maintained, too many negatives to go back."

"Everything was amazing, clean, large rooms to accommodate my family while in Tahoe. Only downside- when we were calling the hotel we were not able to reach anyone at any point. And our luggage took a little longer than expected to arrive in our room. We called several times to check when luggage would come to our room. Besides that all was amazingly."

"Facil de llegar, facil de aparcar. El staff super atento y amable, la habitación muy correcta y cerca de sitios para ir andando a comer, desayunar, etc."

"just a block off the main drag. good safe parking, rooms were well mantained and clean. beds were comfortable, price was a bargin!"

"My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was wonderful! The hot tub was very relaxing and we were steps from the beach. The staff was very helpful and upgraded our room. The room was a bit hot from no AC, but the staff gave us a fan to use. The resort is very rustic and cozy!"
