"There were a few nice staff and a few very rude staff. We were promised and scheduled a shuttle to pick us up from the airport which never came so we then had to spend 60 USD dollars instead of 40 USD dollars which was stated on Expedia but when we got to the hotel, they actually told us it was gonna be $50 USD. "Rooms are on the 2nd floor or above, no elevator, you either pay someone to take your bags to the room or lug them up 2 or more flights - was not easy. The beach is close but the seaweed there turns it brown, so it seems a bit uninviting. Price was good"

"The staff are amazing. They are friendly and extremely helpful. The property was very clean including the rooms, common areas and the pool area. However, the beach was rather small. The ocean front view off the balcony was as advertised. The amenities were reasonable. The breakfast selection could have been better. Overall, it was a very nice experience and we would certainly return to the resort."

"The privacy & seclusion of this guest house & pool is amazing! Its a perfect little spot with all the amenities you need and more! Owner Mark and Property Manager George were fantastic to deal with and very prompt in responses. Location is great ..close to water and especially to Oistins! Would highly recomment checking this place out ..I know I will again."
