"Very nice stay , bedding , towels , etc, white like new nice clean. It is older building but has been refurbished. Kitchen has new units , well equipped oven, microve, toaster, kettle. It is number key entry for main door and flat but easy to use and convenient for whater time you arrive. As a family with small child had a good stay."

"There was a lack of cleanliness in the room there was mold, hairs stuck to the wall near the bed, curtains had all different stains on them, the walls were dirty, the bathroom had hairs all over the shower, the bed covers had stains, there were dust all on the head rests above the bed, the staff tried to clean it but it still looked the same after."

"We had a upgrade to the one of the superior accessible rooms which were outside. It was so huge, plenty of places to sit, bed was humongous. The wet room was massive, it was a really great room and we were really happy. "

"I booked the hotel because they said the suite we booked had a kitchen, someone emailed me to confirm this and on the payment confirmation it states full kitchen. It did not have a kitchen. It had a fridge in the centre hallway and a double sink in the bathroom. Kettle on the living room and that's it. I had 2, 8 months old with me which made dinner times a struggle and sterilising bottles was awkward as the plug in the sink even when pushed allowed water to drain. The floor was very dirty and...

"There’s nothing wrong but the hotel could be amazing. It’s very dated and has a an old fashioned atmosphere It could be so much more with some imagination and become a thriving centre fo old hunstanton. "

"We were very happy with this accommodation, location to Golden Palm - excellent. Love the ducks roaming free!! We attended a motorcycle event based at the Golden Palm. Chip shop 2 mins away and breakfast Cafe- JT's over the road. Couldn't be better for a cheap as chips weekend away!!"
