"From the minute we arrived to the minute we left the owner was very polite, helpful and welcoming and tentative. This is the 1st time we have stayed in this establishment and I will wholeheartedly recommend Northdale to everyone. The price is reasonable, the breakfast you receive is more than adequate. "I had a beautiful big double room looking out over the sea. Despite the hotel being busy, it was quiet and I slept amazingly well. The staff were all very kind and helpful. It was a few short steps to the peaceful beach and easy to walk into Skegness town centre. I had a chip butty one night and it was huge! :) Only downside would be the hill and stairs up to the entrance and room if you have limited mobility. "We were in skegness a little earlier, but it was a bit rainy day . Aramide let as ceck in bit earlier then schedule, as the flat was ready and she didn't want us to hang around in the rain. Thank you Aramide for that. Olso the flat was clean and confortable, I can't fault any part of the experience. Raccomend any time."

"The room was perfect, Iwas originally in a standard room until I was moved down to a disabled friendly room on before I had my first night, the owners we very friendly and can have a great laugh with them, I highly recommend this hotel"

"It's in a good location, poor hygiene levels, bed bugs, cold in Autumn/winter, damp in bathrooms/not very well ventilated, the hotel needs pest control and a spruce up with new carpets, beds & mattresses, need proper cleaners, the shower step is too high especially for disabled people."

"We stayed for just one night, staff very helpful in arrival. Room 12, quite compact but just about big enough, on suite was also compact but useful, clothes shelving was very dusty and marked a dark blue top and the mattress was well past its sell by date, could feel straight through it so no good for bad backs or metal hips! Kettle was a plus after a long journey and it was very quiet throughout the night, we would stay again but a better room."

"Comfortable bed, and very convenient location. TV and wifi worked well. Had to ring to ask for towels, which arrived a little while later. The room was very damp and parts of the carpet were wet. As there was no heating on in the building everything in the room got damper. I could not have a shower on my 2nd full day because there was no way the towel from the previous day could have dried out. Shower barely warm even when turned up to max heat."

"So the pictures are taken from a different hotel as that pub is not across the road. It was freezing cold and it states checkout for 12pm however cleaner was knocking door at 10am. Bedss are comfy and locations is good. But reviews are correct it smells damp. Not private bathroom as advertised!! You defo get what you pay for"
