"Even though the property is a vacation club it has a resort feel. Short interaction at check in to take tour and sign up for club. After showing no interest no further contact. Complex is very nice. Rooms are spotless and in excellent condition. Large pool area with hassle free shuttle service to beach. Only downside was stayed in room that adjoins another and single door in between was hollow and kids next door were heard clearly."

"Due to poor communication with the owner, I was never given the “number” of the condo unit or passkey to get into the condo unit. We arrived at the address and I wrongly assumed that there would be an office of some kind to check in at. We were stranded in the parking lot of the address with carryon bags and suitcases from the airport Uber ride. Attempts at calling the property owner went unheeded. Difficult time getting to talk to someone at Hotels.com. The online messaging was useless. After...
