Though staff was friendly and helpful, but property just need to renovate to Japanese standards. Though room were bigger, but Overall this hotel the worst on our trip."

"This is located in the heart of Hiroshima. A beautiful, newer hotel with lots of amenities. The hotel has a big lobby so you won’t feel crowded. The rooms are clean and spacious and the location provides shopping and dining. The staff was helpful and attentive. I highly recommend this property."
