"The room was not properly cleaned and, in all likelihood, had not been for some time. Shards of broken glass were scattered around on the floor, shower cubicle was very slippery as had not been properly cleaned beyond a cursory wipe-over. Somehow the front desk staff were critical of US for not notifying them earlier - not a very friendly or empathetic response."

"The staff were very helpful. I did not receive any code for the lock box, called after hours number and a staff member was there to let me in, in two minutes. Very family friendly and my doggie loves the place and the beach that he runs on. I stayed two days this time and really enjoyed myself. The nights were very quiet and I slept well.
