"Lovely little hotel with individuell rooms and a restaurant bar right at the beach. We had one of the rooms with a spacious balcony, where you have stunning views of the ocean. Pia & Hashim are great hosts who let you feel like home, always friendly and willing to help you with everything. Their cute dog Leo & their cat complete the family. "Ottima struttura per visitare e godersi la costa est di Zanzibar. Camere essenziali ma confortevoli, pulite e moderne. Staff super, Roberta e i colleghi ti fanno sentire davvero a casa. Il ristorante davvero ottimo sia per le colazioni sia per i pasti. Per chi cerca un’oasi di pace diversa dai classici resort (per vivere l’atmosfera di Zanzibar in modo più autentico) e della buona ospitalità (e cucina) italiana sicuramente è il posto giusto! Super consigliato! "

"The property was very nice and the room was clean. The staff was courteous and the owner was very helpful. The room had no air conditioning and the power went off for about 4 hours in the middle of the night. It was very hot and difficult to sleep. Also the water pressure was barely a trickle making showering almost impossible. "

"This is the absolute best place for those looking for inexpensive stays.The staff was very nice, as were the other guest. It was very clean. No dirt, bugs, spiderwibs or anything else.
Great location. 100m from the beach; 150m from Summer Beach restaurant, which has nice vibes, comfy chairs, a pool and wifi.
The wifi in the hotel was the only issue, as it didnt work when got back in the evening, but for the price ($23USD), it's the best value i've stayed at anywhere around the world.
