"The hot tub and pool located in another building that is a 10 minute walk away. I booked this hotel expecting this to be in the building because it was a rainy weekend. I am very disappointed that the hotel offered zero support to move my reservation to the actual building of the hot tub and pool location. It is false advertising to say they have this and expect people to go to another location 5 buildings away in the rain and cold."

"O hotel superou as expectativas: novo, muito limpo, funcionários ágeis e atenciosos, quartos espaçosos e amplos com cama e sofá e restaurantes com comida muito saborosa e variada. O vinho é da Casa Ermelinda que particularmente gosto imenso. As atividades são interessantes e a piscina e bem grande e apropriada para todos. Os únicos pontos negativos: além do SPA que normalmente é pago, o ginásio é pago a parte também (nunca vi cobrarem, nem em hotel, nem em cruzeiros), as máquinas de arcade são pagas e os snacks são simples e não pode comer fora do snack bar que fica no andar subsolo."

"Stayed for 12 nights very enjoyable staff very friendly . Fantastic sea view lovely relaxed breakfasts,shout out for Luana who was always smiling and happy to help at breakfast. Coming here 25 yrs and would definately come back. Reception on arrival was first class even though a young lady was training they were very attentive and helpful.. Thankyou."

"What a lovely place for a holiday. The pool was amazing and very sheltered when it was windy. Location is great, just a short stroll to the supermarket, restaurants or the beach. Or an Uber ride to livlier towns. We really enjoyed breakfast each morning with a good selection of fruit, yogurt, cereal, bread, cheese, meats and pastries. We particularly enjoyed the Pastel de Nata. Really good value and had everything we needed."

"Great Location for the beach & walk into town friendly staff. The breakfast was average & didn’t have fresh milk. They didn’t have a menu for the main restaurant at reception?! But saying these things would stay again for the location."

"We had issues with our safe. After asking for it to be fixed multiple times, someone finally came 24 hours later. Our fan started working randomly one of the nights, from 23:00 to 02:00, we were unable to turn it off! For an all inclusive 5 star hotel, there werent many food options and even when we came to eat when the restaurant opened, the food was lukewarm / cold. We had pork steaks one day that weren't cooked properly, which resulted in food poisoning...not nice at all - we lost 48nhours of our holiday due to being unwell. We ended up eating outside of the hotel on several occasions due to the limited food options - which we had not bugeted for! The reception and restaurant staff were all very friendly - the main positive of the hotel! The lights/ lamps in the restaurant fell on 2 occasions, just missing guests. This is an expensive hotel for what is offered."
