"The owner/manager of this property was very welcoming and understanding of our situation and did everything he could to facilitate us on short notice. The pool in the property overlooks a slight hill so it makes for a nice touch. We felt very safe and the place is in a very quiet and serene area. We definitely look forward to staying here again once we are in Tobago. "

Loved that they had recycle bins throughout the property and separate bins in the villas for organics and other materials. The property and trails were beautiful, the flowers, plants, fish pond and ducks were nice to see. There were lots of birds to see and hear. Overall a great place and cant wait to go back."

"Room was in good condition. Staff were extremely friendly and courteous and worked as best as they could within a the many flaws of the hotel. Ice machine broken, bar unmanned, room service every other day, ineffective communication between room and front desk (had to use WhatsApp) no tv (had to use your personal streaming like Netflix) and when it wasn’t working, no maintenance available until 11:00 pm that night. "We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Rooms and all the grounds were kept very clean and tidy. The staff was quickly responsive and friendly with all our needs. The continental breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The pool area was pristine for relaxing and swimming. although the restaurant only served breakfast (restaurant was not open lunch & dinner) and the swim up bar inside the pool was not open, staff was readily available at the bar, which is right next to the pool. "I stayed in a wheelchair accessible room. All was excellent except the shower. There was no way to not flood the whole bathroom area as shower area was small and had no curtains. I suppose if you're not showering it would be ok. Wonder if the normal bathrooms have the same absence of a splash enclosure."

Mold in the bathroom, hard to get ice if the kitchen isn't open (even when it is), I could see the mattress through the very thin bed sheets, lots of rust everywhere, difficult to get the TV to work, phone cord was broken (when was the last tome someone was in that room). I felt mislead based on the pictures on Expedia. "
