"Nice accommodation"

"Excellent location Large apartment Great in room facilities including washer and dryer"

"Although the pictures looked good on the website, apart from the extra space we had, it was a great disappointment once we checked in. The apartment was very grubby, carpets couch and curtains stained and the bathroom was filthy. The toilet was dirty and shower had not had a good clean in a very long time. The oven was dirty, glasses and plates were smeared. I wiped over the bathroom sink and bench and kitchen benches myself and loaded the dishwasher with all the crockery and cutlery. I emailed...

"The property is right in Port Douglas, so there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Unfortunately 2 nearby bars had live bands playing every day of the week until midnight to 2am. So a great venue for bar-hoppers but not good for anyone else."

"The room was unclean, the air con barely worked and was noisy, and the noise from other rooms and doors slamming was ridiculous. I made a specific request that I needed a quiet room for sleep as I had an early start (up at 4am), this request clearly was not met. We left before 10pm and found somewhere else to stay."

"Room was clean and had a washer and dryer which was nice."

"Bathroom moldy tiles in need of repar"
