"We stayed in the Nyuri Suite for 4 nights. The suite is huge, clean and well air conditioned. We brought our teenager and had his own room queen bed and bathroom within the suite. We had a king bed and a huge bathroom. The suite had 2 large decks that overlooked the beach and many beautiful large trees. The food at the hotel was fantastic! "The place was located in a small neighborhood that gave it a real Costa Rican feel. It was very spacious, modern & clean. It was a smart home equipped with all the essentials. Sergio was an awesome host that made our stay very pleasant. I would definitely stay here again!"

"We arrived at 2:00PM and were told the room was not ready. We had to wait 4 hours, until 6:00PM until we were given a room key. Upon arriving in the room, which was dated, and showed obvious wear and tear, we attempted to take showers. The room had no hot water. Towel hanger was broken off the wall, overall old and worn. We asked to be moved to a different room, and the next day we did. The second room had a major electrical issue. No electricity the entire night. No Air Conditioning. Absolutely...
