"Earlier check in time by an hour without extra charge would be good idea for those that may want to go to the baseball game. Found a coffee cream packet under bed and piece of toilet paper hanging from sprinkler, so more attention to cleaning detail is needed."

"Fantastic hotel. Well located - close to TTC station and so much to do within walking distance. Staff was well trained and polite. However, there was soap and shampoo missing; they rectified the situation after a couple of reminders. The room lighting is controlled by control boards around the room, which is truly wonderful! The bathroom is well designed and can be closed off from the bedroom area. I do think the bathroom could have been cleaner (shower and toilet area) as an establishment...

"The room was clean fresh and serviced our needs. The staff were helpful and greeted us immediately. The breakfast was sufficiant for our needs. Coffee was excellent. Definitely would come back again!"

"Die Lage des Hotels ist gut um die Innenstadt zu Fuß zu erkunden, Bahnhof ca. 5 min entfernt (und damit insgesamt vom Flughafen sehr gut zu erreichen). Das Zimmer war großzügig, das Bett sehr bequem. Frühstück ab 6:30, hilft bei Jetlag! Im Umkreis sind auch viele Cafes, Restaurants und Bars. Passt, jederzeit wieder!"

"A housekeeper tried to enter the room while we were changing because they didn't realize anyone had been checked into the room yet. Then we were woken up at 12:30 by the room filling with overwhelming skunk smell from the ac unit."

"The property was fine but it is a dorm converted into a “hotel” room; hence the amenities will be that of what you should expect in a dorm room. Thin mattress, two bedrooms that meet into a shared space, and a small bathroom with shower. Not a bad experience but would have liked something more luxurious. Pleasant for a single night though "

"Great staff, very helpful and accommodating. Lobby lovely, breakfast buffett was great, good selection, fresh food, quick cleanup. Rooms are great, bed was fabulous and I like the separate toilet room."

"Great room, comfortable beds, spacious room and well appointment bathroom. It is not a huge hotel so it is quiet, even in the heart of the entertainment district. Valet parking is a bonus as an expedia member and wonderful given how expensive it is to park in the city. We really enjoy staying here."
