"Extremely dark rooms.Staff can be helpful and next day completely ignore your requests multiple times in a row. Rooms aren't new and you can easily see that. Mould in the shower seals, dirty toilet, hair here and there. They aren't good at cleaning. "I stayed at Navatara Phuket for 26 days and it genuinely became a home away from home. It is a really nice, aesthetic hotel with a clean, traditional design that provides a great environment to relax. The room was very comfortable.
