"I stayed a week and daily cleaning consists of trash pickup. I got clean towels once. Never new coffee pods had to look for myself. One day hung the sign for room cleaning nothing was done. I left at 9am returned at 8 pm. on a previous trip I tried talking to the manager and he was very rude did not care. Only channel I could get was Netflix it was in Spanish. Luckly my granddaughter was able to help get it in English. The only reason to stay there is the location."

"I was delighted with my room and the amenities i.e., the kitchenette was great and quite useful. The staff was available. My one and only complaint were the inconsistencies of the building and room keys. I had three and I would be standing there trying to get into my building and my apartment without any luck."

"Broken toilet seat, roaches , false advertisement about smoking room also had to walk off property also get charged an additional 50$ deposit upon checking in no where does it say that on the website horrible experience and Expedia was no help either"

"I loved the abundance of lush greenery beautifully set on Hotel premises. Room was very nice slept like a baby. Couldn't get TV apps to work, but ok overall. The included breakfast was nice, staff there could have been more receptive at least smiles, and eye contact and maybe asking if we'd like anything else, off their regular menu. Menu prices did not match the food & service. Hotel Staff & Stay was good."

"Sink water does not become sufficiently hot for a useful, manual shave. The lighting is too dark immediately after entering the room."

"The room was large and clean. There were two sinks, one in the bathroom area and one in the general entrance area, where the fridge was, so you could have drinks and an ice chest of snacks there. The staff was very nice. There was parking near the card key entrance (security) close to the room so you didn’t have to wander the halls looking for your room. Did not eat breakfast or anything in the dining area."
