"Nice, basic hotel. Staff arranged for a morning taxi for us to get to the airport (no free shuttle available) and for a packed breakfast to go. Breakfast was unremarkable (white bread ham & cheese sandwich, two cakes, a very soft and bruised apple and a sugary juice type drink) but the effort was appreciated."

"The welcome was so lovely. We were shown to our room. Which was ready early, although when we got there, it actually wasn't ready, so they gave us a free drink in the bar. The room was huge and beautiful. This was a classic room., we asked to see a superior room, but the classic was nicer.
The food, both at breakfast and dinner was amazing.
The staff are all lovely.
Can't wait to come back, it's beautiful."

"They built a parking lot from scratch right below our windows for 4 days straight, all day long. Alerted to the situation, the staff did not react in any way, shape or form, just ignoring our messages. It shows a profound misunderstanding of hospitality and makes me wonder what else they would not care about ?
Except that, the apartment had visible water infiltrations on the walls, the towels smelled when changed (every 3 days) and the walls are paper thin so you get to live with your neighbors....

"We had an amazing stay at Epic Sana. The property is beautiful. One note is that we were surprised that to book sun beds on the beach costs 70 euros a day. I think understand charging some amount, but 70 euros seemed a bit much given that there is no bathroom or shower. Also, have a half day fair would be more beneficial as a few times we were told everything is booked while I saw sunbed available. Staff is nice, food is great. We had great vacation there."
