"We loved our stay in this hotel! The rooms are spacious and newly renovated, lights are well-lit and the rooms was pretty much complete. The hotel’s amenities were a plus but the staff made the stay memorable! The only minor downside was the cleaning wasn’t the best, but we don’t really mind. Breakfast was pretty good, we definitely recommend the waffles! Parking is an outside parking as is common in the area. Lastly, just beware that the property is a bit hidden, you’d need to drive in...

"The place was beautiful, the room was clean. The staff was so nice, they showed us to our room. The only issue is, they definitely need more instillation. You could hear someone blowing their nose from the next room (awkward). Everything else was fantastic."

""A little bit funky" is how I would describe Lancaster Arts Hotel. Definitely different, and all in a good way. My requirements for a stellar hotel always includes: clean, comfortable and quiet, and LAH checked all those boxes. Loved the original art work on the walls. The shrimp bisque, ordered on the recommendation of the bartender, was undoubtedly the best I have ever tasted. All employees were cheerful and helpful. I look forward to staying there in the future."

"The room was as good as the ones in luxury hotels, but I walk with a rollator and it would not fit in the bathroom. The buildings are from 1950 and 1970 and are odd and dated seeming, but interesting in a way. The place is not ADA compliant by any means, and we are handicap, but we managed. The view from the room was wonderful, although with a huge casino in the center of it."

"The wall shampoo and conditioner never worked. We put a note out requesting a fill but they just did not work. Microwave was down the hallway,1 for the floor. No in room coffeemaker."
