"We stayed here last year and had a nice experience so we returned this year. Last year it was much less busy and much more quiet. This year it was almost crowded. That was fine, but the problem was the loud music going to 11pm in the courtyard that our balcony and sliding door opened onto. I wanted to have the door open so we could sleep with fresh air and the sound of the ocean, but with the loud music and then the crowds continuing to party, I had to wait until the middle of the night. One night there were people partying and yelling until 4am with no sign of any staff confronting them. The food is ok, though I think I would start to hate it if I stayed more than 4 days. The desserts look so good but are pretty disappointing. Finally, we paid extra for an ocean view room, but the only way we could see the ocean at all was by going all the way onto the balcony. Otherwise all we saw was other balconies. They did not have a better room though I requested it twice. The staff are all very friendly. Daniel at the beach bar makes great drinks."

"This hotel is absolutely exquisite. This is the best hotel I've been to by far. I was greeted upon entering the hotel with a drink. I was assigned a concierge member who provided daily updates and answered any questions I had. The food in all restaurants were absolutely delicious but the hibachi restaurant was the best. The rooms are gorgeous and huge. Theres a hot tub on every balcony. Theres a rooftop bar and pool thats just spectacular. It overlooked the ocean and just wow. They have a café to pick up snacks or sandwiches if you're feeling hungry but dont want a full meal. The only downside is the breakfast doesn't serve alternative to pork or beef, like chicken sausage or turkey bacon..maybe one day they will. Overall I'm absolutely in love with this place and will be back. I purchased a package to return..oh bonus- this is an adult only resort and no buffets. I mean you cannot beat that. Everything was well thought out when designing this place and experience."

"Updated - had money go missing from my room, poorly handled by staff and refused to call police. Karen was absolutely useless to deal with today despite being helpful before. First day and a half was fine until the cleaning person came to clean the room and sprayed the tile floor with what I thought was cleaning solution but was told later it was perfume. I was told the floors were still wet because the AC was on. And the humidity was the issue. Well I turned the AC off 10 hours prior and the floors were not wet until they sprayed the floors. One lady at the counter told me it was my fault for having the AC on, then when I told her it was off. She told me that was also the issue. The manager quickly corrected the issue and moved me to a different room. The room was a slipping risk for 7 hours. I was also told I should have opened the window, but not for too long. Perhaps if you didn't spray liquid all over the entire tiled room to begin with, there wouldn't have been a hazard. Yet I was somehow to blame for the entire rooms floors still being wet. I slipped and almost fell several times, and even with sandals on moving into the next room I slipped twice. I'd like to know the science behind how it is both the AC being on and also the fault of it being off. Hotel is great, and the staff has been amazing up until this interaction. Basically one person getting involved with the conversation Iwas having with the first person at the counter made the situation worse. Karen had it ha"
