"Got caught in the cartel chaos. The resort could not have been more accommodating and helpful. They extended our stay at a very reasonable rate. Extremely clean and well run property. Food was great and staff went above and beyond. Special thanks to Sandra in the Chipotle Buffet."

"The room had a strong mildew smell as did all of our clothing. The floor was filthy when we arrived! They cleaned/fixed the air conditioner when we complained but the humidity and smell continued for the week. Definitely run down for the price we paid! There was much more Spanish speaking than English and we actually felt out of place at times. Finally, they charged only the two of us out of our group of twelve, $40 US to stay and have lunch for the two hours after checkout waiting transport to the airport."

They said we only paid for a standard room It was sub standard for a lot of money They did put us in a better room after two days"

"The staff for really good overall but disheartening when you go to an all-inclusive and if you're not handling them a $5 tip every time they bring a drink then you watch them avoid you. The food was good overall but there is no buffet backup so if you don't have a reservation you're eating at the coffee shop. And we were stuck here during the cartel attack and had to stay and they tried to hit me for double what Expedia charges. Super slap in the face. The concierge Carlos was extremely good to deal with."
