"Room was great - comfortable, clean and spacious. Reception staff were welcoming and accommodating. Location was close by to our reasons for staying.
Criticisms- whilst my dietary requirement was catered for at breakfast, it was done so with an air of annoyance as if I had a choice (I wish I didn't have my condition) pending which chef was on and how busy/understaffed the restaurant was.
This could have been easily resolved in my case if the scrambled eggs didn't have cream in it or if fried...

"Gym and buffet breakfast was good though signage re: gluten free etc could be better. Staff were always smiling and pleasant to deal with. Matress a bit too soft but overall a good family stay. The buggy parked at the doorway created a bottle neck for pedestrian traffic whenever a coach or car was parked at the entrance. "

"Beautiful hotel! Came here as part of our honeymoon and it was just fabulous. We had a beautiful view of the hinterlands and it was just stunning at sunset. The room was very clean and well equipped and the bathroom was really lovely. The only tinyyy issues were the shower temp was a little temperamental here and there and the lights were a little confusing at first but really that was all.
