"A great base for ski- in and out with friendly staff and good food. Only negative was the dining arrangements which might be helped by allocating room numbers to tables as experienced in other hotels, and to have 2 set sittings to regulate and accommodate groups and the noise!"

"As a returning guest at Les Étincelles hotels for the third time, we unfortunately noticed a decline in the overall experience. We appreciated the room upgrade, and the location remains excellent—perfect ski-in/ski-out access for early and active skiers.
The rooms are cosy and welcoming, although sound insulation could be improved as noise from neighbouring rooms is noticeable. The ski room is practical with heated lockers, but lockers are not secured and there is no visible surveillance. The...

"Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans l’ensemble. La chambre était propre, confortable et offrait une très belle vue.
Le petit-déjeuner était correct. En revanche, le dîner nous a déçus. Nous n’étions pas en demi-pension et le menu proposé à 50 € ne nous a pas semblé justifier son tarif.
Nous avons opté pour une fondue, spécialité de la région. Malgré une réservation à 19 h, nous avons attendu 45 minutes avant d’être servis, ce qui est beaucoup trop long.
Autre point regrettable : le vin...
