"Rooms in Indianapolis were too expensive, so we stayed in Cloverdale. We were apprehensive as heck, but the reviews for this place were really good, so we took a chance. All of those great reviews were TRUE! We never stay in places with exterior doors bc they’re usually gross and don’t feel safe. This is a hotel with exterior entry doors, but it’s really nice! The rooms were SUPER clean, like, SPOTLESS! Never heard of Cloverdale, but if you need an inexpensive room a 30min drive to downtown...

"I was leary of a non chain hotel and reading reviews of others. I took a chance and was very happy with how clean the hotel and the room were. Brian was friendly and very helpful. I recommend staying here. This is a great option if visiting IU during high peak weekends. Easy drive about 40-45 minutes and the price is very reasonable unlike those closer to campus. "

"It is very cute with exactly the vibe you’d expect for a somewhat rural B&B- antique furniture, Longaberger baskets, etc. I unfortunately didn’t get to partake of the breakfast because of my schedule for mom’s weekend. And I think I missed out on the highlight. It smelled amazing. Overall it was a nice, quiet and friendly stay, but there were some quirky things that took away from the experience a bit.
