"Ce n’est pas un lit double, contrairement à ce qui est annoncé. 2 lits collés, les 2 matelas très facilement scindés 2 pendant la nuit, coté confort je vous laisse imaginer. J’ai passé 4 nuits, et malgré le fait que je fais au moins 15 à 20 hôtels dans l’année, celui là m’a suffisamment marqué que je saurais m’en rappeler pour l’éviter à l’avenir. De plus, machine à laver hors fonction mais qui accepte les paiements, il fallait payer une autre machine. Sans oublier, le commerce le plus proche...

"Great location for family travel in Paris 7th Arrondissement. Safe area, safe apartment (personal QR code to enter main door and apartment). Very close to Rue Cler, 15 mins walk to Eiffel Tower. I love the decor and interior. Decent kitchen appliances and washing machine. Would definitely stay here again. The only downside is no Front Office staff, but they give you a Contact number. "

"The property is located in a great part of Paris. Lots of restaurants, sidewalk cafes etc. The apartments are roomy, if a bit sparse. There was a heatwave in Paris when we stayed there (40 deg.) and this building has no air conditioning! There was AC in the breakfast room but it was locked up at 10 am. After 4 nights they relented and left the door open so guests could cool down before going to their own oven (I mean apts.) There was a rickety fan blowing on the bed. I had to ask for more...

"Great location near Notre Dame, shopping, and a courtyard with several nice restaurants. Walkable and safe neighborhood near metro and LGBTQ bars. Staff is very friendly, helpful, and speak English well. Front desk provided great recommendations for restaurants, helped book transport from Gare du Nord and to CDG airport. Hearty breakfast included, bar is open at night, spa available. Only negative is we had our credit cards compromised by their third party booking agency."

"Perfekte Lage für einen Kurztrip in Paris. Zimmer war größtenteils sauber, an manchen Stellen etwas staubig. Als störend wurde ein Licht von einem Netzteil an der Decke empfunden, welches die ganze Nacht leuchtete. Aufgrund der Deckenhöhe konnte man hiergegen nichts unternehmen. "The property was very nice. The kitchen was very useful, as well as the storage cabinets. Some areas like the entrance to the room and the bathroom were very tight spaces, but manageable and well worth it for the price and location. "The staff are very attentive if you have additional requests. I requested for additional slippers and bin bags and they replied quickly. Also, they save you hassle as they do shopping for all your essentials long before you arrive and they are ready in your apartment. That for me is an extra service that I didn't experience in other hotel. "Very clean on arrival. Well equipped if you want to self cater, hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine. Location good, metro and buses within 250 metres, 20 minutes walk to Louvre. Restaurants close by.We found Bistrot Dubillot good food, reasonable prices for two courses and bottle of house wine for two people. We had studio with terrace, useful for morning coffee etc."
