A small but new, very functional and well designed room and smooth logistics, including baggage storage on the day of departure. Would be very tight for 2 people, but was perfect for me for a 3 day work trip. I appreciated the tiny kitchen and black out blinds and the aircon could be important on hotter days. I'd definitely stay again if I need to be in this part of Paris.

A little too small for our liking. No room to put your belongings. Staff was responsive but not present, which seems weird for a hotel. No front desk.

We loved this place Emmanuel was very helpful. Great people as a great place to stay! Clean, close to everything, cozy and the beds are very comfortable. My family and I will be staying here again.

The apartment is compact and very well designed to maximise space. Location is superb, close to anenuties, public transport etc. It is luck of the draw regarding neighbours in the other apartments and their noise as thos was quite disruptive at nighttime. Apart from that, it was great.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel in Paris near the Eiffel Tower. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the tower, which made the trip even more enjoyable. The amenities were good as well, and everything felt well looked after. Overall, it was a great experience and I would happily stay here again.

Great value. For the price I expected functional and utilitarian - which is what I got! The tiny kitchen was well stocked and had all I wanted. Yep, it's small, but functional and a great central location from which to explore Paris.

It is a great location, so close to Eiffel Tower and Metro. Once you work out the metro, it becomes so convenient to travel all over Paris.

It was clean, and the amenities were extra: dishes, two burner cooktop, cutlery, a kettle, toaster, you could easily fend for yourself for meals here if you wanted - and there is a grocery store just two blocks away. Also, it is on a rare quiet street and yet so close to a lot. The windows open to let in the Parisian air. The Eiffel tower really is so close, and you get the views walking along the street like a real Parisian before landing in the midst of all the tourist crowds. The bathroom is very functional and hot water is hot. If the stairs are a concern, write to them first and ask if they have a unit on the first floor. The rooms with numbers are the ones in the front, the letters indicate the rear. The stairwell in the front is wider so more convenient for bringing luggage in. I had an issue with a sprained foot, and asked to switch, and since they had a vacancy lower down, they did so quickly and smoothly. I was very grateful and my foot was able to heal much more quickly. Oh and yes, the extra of laundry, luggage lockers and toilet are not to be overlooked. Very friendly superintendent also on the premises. They have it covered and are responsive, and friendly. Grateful!

Absolutely fantastic. Yes, it’s up 3 floors by stairs but the exercise is totally worth it for what you get. Service is outstanding. Literally answer your messages within minutes. Above and beyond what we were expecting. The area is fantastic. You’re right in the middle of it all. I can’t think of a single negative thing to say. If you’re in doubt book it. You won’t be disappointed!! They even allowed us access hours before our scheduled time. Kids are asking when we can go back. Short walk to see the Eiffel Tower, Rue Cler is at the street corner, metro is a few blocks away. Can’t get better location. We’ll be back for sure!

Prime location, around the corner from the metro and many shops and restaurants (rue cler street my favorite street market in Paris and we always stay around this area) I could not recommend more this place to stay in Paris if you are light packed travel. If you are traveling with kids, have any mobility restrictions or maybe multiple 20k+ suitcases probably not your place to stay. The stairs are really something (no elevator) We stay at the 4th floor and I was pretty hard going up and down with our suitcases also no place in the room to leave the suitcases. Tiny rooms and bathrooms but with all the amenities that you need for a comfortable stay in Paris.

A cute little studio in a great location within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower and Seine. A little tired, but had everything we needed. Lower rating as there was building work going on so we had builders from 8am making noise, walking by, rubble covering the velux windows and hallway, and we had to keep the curtains drawn - I don’t recall this being mentioned in the particulars or emails.
