"Room, staff and spa were excellent (Marianno is the best) if could change one thing, One negative thing is the location is far from town 20-30 minutes and although there is a free shuttle, the departure time is 11 am and return time is 3:30 pm, not sure why this couldn't be stretched say from 9 am to 7 pm. "Hotel is in a prime location for a relaxing view of the ocean, however the balcony and its long chairs are never cleaned, they were full of bird poop, we could therefore not enjoy the premium we paid for the position of our room and its balcony, staff was unresponsive. There were other issues with house cleaning for the room. In summary, it’s a great hotel with poor house cleaning,"
