"Unfortunately my meeting was suddenly canceled the day before I was going to visit the hotel. I just wanted to ask if there is any option that I can take rather a refund or change. I fully understand that hotels.com option was non refundable. So I just wanted to have a confirmation response from the hotel side. I asked through the app but didn't get any answer from the hotel. "Front desk staff were very friendly, helpful, and multilingual. Room was clean and surprisingly large for a European hotel. Plenty of space for 3 beds for 4 people. Bathroom was equally large with both a soaking tub & shower. The hotel restaurant doesn't open for dinner, but they offer a discount at a local restaurant very close by (walkable) that has delicious food."
