Har aldri følt meg så godt ivaretatt på et hotell før, med ypperlig service, god mat, smilende og utrolig hjelpsomt personale. Pizzarestauranten i «kjelleren» må også prøves! Her drar vi gjerne tilbake, tusen takk for oss!"

"Apartment was in a quiet street but very near shops, restaurants and train station. Very modern, well furnished inc. a well equipped kitchen. Water and coffee provided by host was a nice touch and staff were really helpful. "

"The hotel is new, modern, and absolutely beautiful. However, it is located far from the city centre, and we have to take a streetcar and a bus to get there. The breakfast was excellent, and our room 103 was spacious with two gorgeous terraces. However, this beautiful room has a tiny shower, which is difficult to use even for petite women like me. I was surprised that such a large project could have made this architectural mistake."

"Well located and easy to get to from Bergamo airport. Near historic Citta Alta and near funicular transportation of Citta Alta. Rooms are clean and cozy, view from grounds is amazing and on a clear day you can see all the way to Milan buildings. Nice area with many restaurants and shops. Hotel staffed accommodated us when we arrive late in the night around 1am. Definitely recommend and would definitely return."

"I stayed at Petronilla for 3 nights whilst holidaying with a friend. Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful! It was a quick and easy 20 min taxi ride from the airport. The hotel is small and stylish and nestled in amongst a thriving array of shops and restaurants. The rooms are lovely, the beds are comfy and the shower was probably the best I've ever used in a hotel. The staff were absolutely charming; so friendly and helpful. "Hotel was in a great location and was clean and tidy, however the self service check in was not very intuitive, and when we had a problem with the automatic lock on our door, you could only call a local number, which for an international traveller is not a good thing. The cleaner eventually helped us call the local number and after a bit of hassle the problem with the lock was resolved. There was a whatsapp number, but they would not take calls for service.
