"Nice place, very nice room and location. I found the room was nice aswell as the bed. Installations a bit old, it was hard to charge the phone except in the bathroom. Both the restaurant and the enoteca were closed because it was low season, but I had chosen this resort because it had a restaurant. Amazing view. I did not try the pool as it was closed. "

"We were greeted with a warm and attentive welcome by Rosio which was a great way to begin our stay in Lucca. Our immaculate room and bathroom were big and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is absolutely amazing and delicious with many choices to chose from. It was an easy walk to the historic center. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it!"

"The breakfast buffet was amazing and full of options. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. The thermal spas were relaxing but recommend early so it’s not packed with people. The hotel itself was incredibly hot in hallways due to thermal spas but front desk delivered fan directly to room when asked for. However, if you ask for “garden view” room, it is view from hallway directly outside bedroom which only windows open up to hallway. It is about 15-20 minute drive from Pisa centrale so...

"Iniziato male al check in. Prenotando 2 camere con pagamento al Hotel, mi hanno addebito tutto già prima e mi ero accorto che hanno addebitato il doppio, quindi 2 camere in più. Dopo averlo segnalato già sul posto è stato risolto dopo circa 1 mese con altre 2 chiamate. Le camere erano pulite e comode e silenziose.
