It was a perfect location, beautiful place to stay and we all had more than enough space! There was no issue at all throughout our stay, perfect place to stay while in Paris!

Amazing apartment for big family

Amazing location. I dont know why people are complaining, we had enough space for 7(!!!) person. Everything was good. It was not perfect, but for the value we got it was excellent. Easy check in, sleeping places were for 8, two showers, three bedrooms and living room. Thank you for the hospotality!

Fail overall for us

Location wise , it’s 9/10 but the unit fails in all other aspects. A few not so clean looking furniture that are falling apart. Uncomfortable beds. Wifi doesn’t work properly and for the 6 of us, it was very small . Even though we had ask for a specific bed configuration, we didn’t get it. And best of all, the owner/management team was not to quick to respond. In fact, they never responded to our communication prior to our arrival.

It was extremely hot, with a small portable AC unit that did nothing. Windows had to be opened all night which brought in bugs. Ants in the kitchen which they did clean, but bugs crawling all over the bathroom floor. Floors by shower were soaked with water. Beds uncomfortable.

Review of Bridgestreet 4 Apartment – family Stay

We stayed at Bridgestreet 4 for two nights as a family of five (kids 14, 12, and 9). It had great location perks but some major downsides. Pros: Amazing location—right off Avenue Montaigne and close to Champs-Élysées. Very safe, clean, and walkable (15 mins to Arc, 20 to Eiffel). Clean and full of character with old Parisian charm (original floors). Early check-in and late check-out were super helpful. Clear check-in instructions. Cons: 80 narrow, steep steps to the unit—no elevator. Not ideal with bags or for anyone with mobility concerns. Apartment is very old. Kitchen and some furnishings are updated, but the unit needs paint and repairs. Ensuite bathroom is tiny with weak water pressure and no counter space. Second bath is better but both sinks drain slowly. A strange smell developed on the second night—possibly from the drains. No face cloths provided—bring your own. Tight layout. With five people and luggage, it felt cramped and not super functional. We don’t even use the pull out couch, our son slept with us. Overall: The location can’t be beat, but the apartment felt tired and cramped. We probably wouldn’t stay again—unless other options pushed us further out of the city.

This place is a dump. This place should not be available for rent. The stairway is falling apart. Inside the apartment is old, paint peeling off the walls, holes in the walls, the baseboards are falling off. The wood floor the is filthy. The curtains are dirty and falling down, worn and broken furniture. The whole place needs to be renovated. This place should be avoided. Poor customer service, no front desk, contact through phone calls and they weren't much help.
