"The location is definitely the best part of this hotel and was worth it for convenience. However, the service and room cleanliness were disappointing. I stayed for four nights, and housekeeping never came unless I repeatedly asked. At one point, an employee even placed a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the outside of my door so they wouldn’t have to service the room. I had to speak with a manager just to get the room cleaned and receive fresh towels. They were also doing construction during my stay, so there was loud banging early in the mornings, making it far from peaceful. While the location was perfect, the poor service, lack of cleanliness, and noise made the overall experience frustrating."

"SThe hotel’s location is unmatched - literally step from the Eiffel Tower. The hotel rooms - make sure to book one with a balcony and a view - have exceptional view of the Eiffel Tower and there are great restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is undergoing renovations and the roam are small, but location, location, location. "

"Unique property with quirky decor that we like. Very convenient across from Gare d Lyon. Perfect place with a spectacular breakfast for a stay after a long trip. Reasonably easy metro ride from CDG."
