"Staff was amazing and so helpful. The location couldn’t be beat. Great price. The air conditioning was so helpful in a record breaking hot summer."

"If you are looking for rooms that are quiet, the garden rooms are better. Careful when booking. If it says Garden on the listing. Screenshot it. I regret not doing that because when I checked in they said they were all taken. I was very upset as I thought I paid for the Garden view but they put us in the courtyard view next to the elevator which was noisier. The hotel is clean enough but like all hot countries, there are mice. Not in the rooms, thank goodness. One staff member did go out of her way to be friendly."

"This hotel is excellent, clean and located in a safe area with a supermarket nearby. Room size is decent for solo traveller, could imagine being a bit small for 2 people but should be fine. Amenities are clean and pre-book for swimming pool is needed, swimming pool is a bit small so if you are looking for a serious swimming then it’s not ideal, but good for those who wanted to spend some time in water with massage pool. A downside is I tried to book a massage for a female practitioner just to found out no female practitioners are available during my stay after several emails with the hotel (they respond fast at least!). But it does not affect the overall experience as the staff was super helpful and they allow me to check in early around 12 as my room was ready! Overall highly recommended!"

"Our stay at Shangri-La Paris was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the level of service, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality was exceptional. I had planned a very special surprise engagement during our stay, and the entire team went above and beyond to help make the evening perfect. Every detail was handled beautifully and discreetly, and the staff made what was already one of the most important moments of our lives even more memorable. The hotel itself is stunning, the room and views of the Eiffel Tower are incredible, and there is a level of elegance here that is difficult to find anywhere else in Paris. What impressed us most, though, was the staff. Everyone we encountered was warm, professional, attentive, and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Shangri-La Paris will always hold a very special place in our hearts, and we will absolutely return. Thank you to the entire team for creating memories that Elaina and I will never forget. Five stars in every way."

"We loved our stay at Padam Hotel! The location was fantastic for exploring Paris, especially the Champs-Élysées and Arc de Triomphe area, while still feeling like a lovely place to come back to at the end of the day. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Our room was beautiful and comfortable, the bed was great, and we especially loved the shower and having a balcony. It was such a wonderful home base for our Paris trip and somewhere I would happily stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable hotel in a great location."
