We were sent to our room and the cleaner was in there. It was difficult to get permission to go the 40th floor, staff a little unattentive on reception. Female staff member in downstairs bar showed no personality or interest in being there. The shower in the room was also a bit odd.

No wash clothes in the room, stains on the chair and small bench. The covers smelled terrible immediately requested for them to be replaced. I asked for a light cleaning as I was there 4 days no cleaning done.
