Hotel dekat Paris Van Java Mall

"Parking space is limited. The valet service rather slow in response. The room door too thin. The wall between room also too thin. The chair in the room was broken. Had to ask for replacement. The real plus is the variety of breakfast. As for comfort, needs quiet a few improvement "

"Semuanya baik, dan memuaskan, hanya sedikt sarapan yg kurang bervariasi. "

"Pelayanan sangat memuaskan"

"Untuk standard bintang 4 masih jauh namun untuk segi price kemarin pas menginap sudah bagus"

"Parkirnya sangat sempit.tidak ounya lahan parkir."

"staff was very helpful, the hotel design was good, despite of small room size. traffic would be very painful for peak time, to bad, the electricity in my room was unstable, on and off, since midnight to almost check out time. quite annoying, since the Air cond sounds noisy. but overall, it was good, really appreciate the staff, they are thoughful and helpful. small parking lot, but don't worry, they have vallet service. "

"Pengalaman kehilangan donat viral yang ordernya perjuangan (cancel 4x ojol) yang kami taruh meja (kemungkinn dibuang house keeping) Tp Manager Pak Sam good support, beliau berikan kita free add breakfaat menggantikan donat yg harusnya buat sarapan salah 1 dari kami. Dann mrk buatkan donat special buat kami. Appreciated that Pak Sam."

"Baik untuk keluarga dan anak2"

"the location is good and staff are very welcoming and nice. however the hotel property itself needs a major update. the toilet countertop and basin are half falling, the shower gel bottle and whatever is inside looks old and smell disgusting. Breakfast is okay, not fantastic but also not too bad. the staff are really the highlight, from receptionisth to car park security, everyone is polite and helpful!"

"Proses check in cepat. Staffnya semua friendly. Nyaman.bersih.Kolam berenangnya cukup besar. Dekat sekali dengan mall nya. Breakfastnya enak dan macam2 menunya. Mau lagi deh kesini kalau pas liburan...😁👍"
