"The property was beautiful and the rooms were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay even if it was just one night. The casino was also amazing and we would definitely stay again for both if we travel back this direction. We are excited for the new addition currently under construction so we may make a trip around that time."

"Floors were not that clean. The continental breakfast was 98% carbs, no good selections for diabetics. Do not shower after 9 on a Sunday morning unless you prefer cold showers. There was one lamp between the beds that worked. No lighting for the desk area."

"First night in the room, shower didn't have hardly any water pressure. I was able to switch rooms. Next day some "employee" helped himself an walked right in the room, saying it was past check out time. My reservation was from Wednesday through saturday,. I go to front desk ask if everything was ok, they acted like the guy was only there to pick up items for another location. English wasn't their main language, so I walked away."

"The A/C didn't work and although the maintenance man looked at it and he said, "The unit is very dirty and would get to it the next day."

"Room was disappointing, had a funky smell. It wasn’t mildew (which is good) but couldn’t place the smell. Room had an awkward layout. Area around hotel was very busy with bars, loud music and deafeningly loud cars driving too fast. Not a good neighborhood for walking with children,"

"The room is in need of several major repairs, the main being the bathroom as the shower/bathtub was not unusable. I have a couple of pictures to support my concerns and due to the bathroom issues I will be writing the corporate office for some type of compensation."

"We arrived after a long day of driving to our reserved room. The minute I opened the door to the suite it reeked of mildew. The wall in the bathroom was wet to the touch. I am allergic to mold, so I immediately requested another room. The hotel was full and I had to quickly figure out accommodations for myself and my children. The staff refused to help me to find another hotel nearby."

"The front desk employee was very nice and helpful. The workout room was nice and had everything i needed. The bed waa very comfortable. Breakfast was pretty bad. The cereal was all extremely stale. Assuming this was from the abnormal humidity in town. The omelets were cut in half and therefore super dry and chewy. There were not many options for a healthy breakfast."

"The halls were dirty, needed vacuumed, toilet seat was lose, tile missing in the bathroom ceiling, and something on the second bed cover."

"Hotel was under MAJOR construction. So there was no “bistro”. There were nails sticking out of the carpet and cut my daughter’s foot. The door had a huge gap underneath and on the side causing all of the hallways noise ( including ice maker and elevator) to come into the room. Positive note: staff was always pleasant and helpful"
