"Hotel is good for a last minute place to book and very convenient neighborhood location. It is a converted assisted living facility so it has the hallmarks, like drop ceiling, communal cafe, feel of an elderly care facility and utilitarian furniture and kitchenettes in the rooms, not comfort-first amenities. The check-in desk is exactly what you’d expect at an assisted living facility.
I’ve stayed at good museum hotels and there are some things I expect at this type of hotel that are missing...

"this is no a hotel and the amenities are bare bones. No maid service, the TV was worthless with endless buffering to make it unwatchable, the shower head was broken, etc. On the good side, it's a great location, beautiful views, nice vibe around the property, large unit with two beds, and great gym area."

"DO NOT BOK HERE!!!! This booking is a complete scam. Once you have booked the non refundable room they tell you a $300 cash wire transfer is to be made for a security deposit with your state issued ID. I called because this is nowhere stated and was immediately hung up on. Expedia “customer service” made several attempts to contact the property to which there was never an answer. I was stuck with zero and I mean zero help from Expedia. There is a similar review that was made recently as well. I...
