"Estaba todo super bueno. Camas limpias cuarto espacioso lo único aunque estaba bueno fue el desayuno deben varias un poquito pq me quede una semana y desayunar lo mismo deben varias un poco por día."

"The rooms where clean and smelled nice.. No coffee in the room, however, coffee will be at the bistro 24/7. I had to ask for thrash bags because none was provided. There was a microwave but it didnt work. But overall the experience was great. Great staff 💯"

"The plug in the bathtub had an excesive amount of mold on it. The bathroom door top hinge was almost coming off so the door did not close properly."

"Staff was friendly and responsive but there were too few of them. No room service unless requested, even towels being refreshed. Parking was confusing. It was not clear that parking garage fees could be charged to the room, which resulted in our paying the garage and then the hotel for the samer time period. Hotel was not helpful in resolving this double-charge."

"I hope this review doesn't raise the roommate price, but this was a fun,and relaxing stay 😎. The rooms are large and well appointed with beautiful clean modern design, and a comfortable bed. All the linens are clean, white, and fresh.The shower puts out an awesome 👌 spray! An extra "Perk", be sure to ask about the Paradise Bay Water Park 💧 Pass! Thank you for a wonderful stay ❤️!"

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is located in a good location on the river and is a great location for those wanting to walk. The room was clean and felt comfortable but I wish this hotel had better coffee."

"I needed an early check in and the staff was very accommodating, they held my luggage until my room was ready. It gave me just enough time to walk to Starbucks around the corner and when I got back, my room was ready! Everyone was nice & helpful and my room was clean. I’ll definitely come back!"

"The rooms felt super dated and very small. It was very underwhelming property for being an intercontinental. The bathroom was tiny, with dated tubs and curtains. The sink vanity had barely any space to put anything. Felt a bit claustrophobic in the room. The price point was not worth it at all, yes it’s on Michigan in a central location, but there are many other hotels in that area at the same price point that are nicer, cleaner and newer."

"My parents had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Centric. The hotel was perfectly located for their needs with a spacious, clean room with great amenities. Only small negative was breakfast which was not included, it was good but over 30$ daily. Overall, a great stay!!"
