"Pool was green and very salty, breakfast ran out of coffee in the dining room and main area with no replacement, had to call from the front desk for someone to check us in, parking lot was too small and we were sent down the road to find “whatever we could find”. Elevator shuddered at every floor stop, very unsettling."

"The property was fine, they have in room amenities like shampoo, conditioner, hand, lotion, but there was no hand soap in the sink, the TV remotes don’t work, water machine to refill. Water bottles was not working."

"This hotel was a life saver! We tried to check in at our reserved hotel only to find out that our reservation was canceled due to water damage in the building-no notification. Expedia helped us get checked in here so that we could enjoy our trip."
