"I live in Indiana. My daughter lives in New Jersey. She had her first gymnastics recital over the weekend. I booked this room because it had a pool. My daughter and I go out to the pool and find out it’s not open. I called the front desk and she said that it wasn’t going to be open until July 4. I’m very upset because my daughter loves to swim and I was looking forward to doing that with her all to find out I couldn’t and nowhere on Expedia did it say the pool wasn’t open. "Beautiful hotel and absolutely amazing staff"

"The room was nice (clean, organized). We did not receive any soap, shampoo or conditioner but the shower worked well. The bed was comfortable to sleep in and there were no bugs. "

"They lost my reservation information, so I had to both text and email my Expedia booking twice. There was a system error the day before I was supposed to be there . They did not send me the code or check in information until a half hour before I arrived; I had to call several times. When I did get in the room, no one had cleaned it. There were pizza boxes, wet towels, and unmade beds. I called the hotline again and they moved me to the Motel 6 next door. I had to pay out of pocket for that new...

"Every year for the past 4 years I stay at this hotel to go to Belmar Beach. Very clean. Quiet, pool is clean. The continental breakfast is excellent and hot. The staff is polite professional. Looking forward to next year already 😄"

"Convenient to Red Bank NJ, 50 min to ERW, access to NJ transit station Red Bank to NYC or ferry service. Continental Breakfast available, bar service in PM. Very clean property, no overnight parking fee."

"We loved The Country Inn! If we find ourselves back in the area, we would stay there again. Super clean, easy parking, convenient location and very friendly staff. A quiet, peaceful place with nice country style decor. AC worked great, pre-bagged ice available for guests, beautiful desk in our room, and a rocking chair. Highly recommend!"

"Staff was amazing. We called and asked if we could have the bar send up drinks and within 5 minutes the bartender sent our order up to our door. View looking out to the water from our room was also beautiful. Everything was clean besides the rug in the room. I had to throw out my white socks after wearing them around the room for a few hours because of how black they turned underneath. Would have been lovely if they provided disposable slippers if they don’t maintain the rugs."

"Property is well maintained. Pool is nice, but there is not much room around it for sitting/lounging. They also have a gas grill we cooked on twice. Rooms are a nice size. The kitchen area is tight, and a bit difficult to cook on. There is no ventilation, so we accidentally set off the fire alarm in our room. Luckily the room alarms are individual so the whole hotel was not beeping!"
