"Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt, wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten."

"We had a great stay except taxi or didi drivers couldn’t find the location and dropped us off at wrong places. That was very frustrating as we don’t speak the same language."

"Please take care booking here. I had a suite and it was lovely. However when it rained ( albeit very heavy rain) leaks came in through the window and floor in two of the rooms. Not sure how safe it is. Not small water ingress, puddles of water. Staff moved me to a smaller single room which also leaked. Worrying as a lot of electrical stuff in areas of water influx! I have asked for a partial refund for the difference in room standard as I did not stay in the suite. Staff blame the rain. This is...

"Staff was super helpful and upgraded our room at no extra cost when we arrived. Not around much but was great still for our stay"

"Terrible construction noise first few nights, despite promises there would be no such noise at check-in. Staff did their best to have it stopped, but we basically lost a couple of nights sleep. "地點較遠。網球場偏貴。"

"My stay was great. The room was really nice and the bed was so comfortable. The hotel was clean and very well kept up. The buffet breakfast was amazing. So many different choices of food. The only hiccup I had was the concierge. On several occasions I had a question about the city and navigating it and if they didn’t know the answer they made no effort to figure it out. I was left to figure it out myself. Other than that , everything was great and I would definitely stay there again. If you want...

"Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Große Zimmer. Sehr zu empfehlen!"

"購物吃飯很方便"

"Breakfast was excellent. Many choices. Property was clean and sufficient. Staff friendly. Will definitely come back."

"ホテルの環境、施設、部屋、そしてスタッフや清掃員のサービス、すべてが◎です！ここなら、1ヶ月でも2ヶ月でも居たいくらいです。 エリアも緑豊富で広々として、上海という大都会のど真ん中にいることを忘れそうです。"

"スタッフの対応がとても丁寧で、凄く感じが良かった。気持ち良く宿泊が出来ました。ありがとうございました。"
