Our initial impressions were mixed, our room was great, really clean, lovely comfortable extra wide double bed, generous sized bathroom, balcony, good furniture with plenty of storage. "I stayed here for one night and it was absolutely perfect for an overnight stopover near GOI airport. The hotel’s appearance and room cleanliness were kept to a very high standard. Having a restaurant and a pool on-site was incredibly convenient after traveling. A special shout-out to the staff, who were very helpful and excellent at organizing a seamless airport transfer for me very early in the morning. Highly recommend if you need a comfortable, hassle-free stay close to the airport!"

"Its a good property with private beach, well maintained but swimming pool water was not clean. We visited during summer so climate was hot & humid but biggest drawback of this property is there is no air conditioned restaurant in the property (except one which is not great) , it makes your holidays tiring especially in summer. Hotel management must think about making main restaurant (sea gull) airconditioned to provide right ambience to guests. More efforts are required to bring it to Novotel...
