"Rooms smell very old and smoky I. What was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Also the bed was falling apart and the tub and shower was old and needed to be updated."

"We were on the 21st floor and the hot water in the shower and sink never got hot. We stay here all the time and have never encountered a hot water issue. Called the front desk and they said maintenance would look at it. The next morning same thing. Ran the shower and sink for over 20 minutes and the water never got over 94-95 degrees at best. Not sure what the problem was but it definitely was not fixed. We have been on floors 12 through 20 before and this never has occurred."
