"Convenient location for event I was attending, public pay parking available one block from hotel at fraction of valet costs. AC in room never got quite cool enough despite setting it before leaving for my event. Front desk staff at checkin was friendly/professional. Coffee shop located in hotel for convenience but staff interaction was lacking. "

"Breakfast menu was great as well as the service from the hotel staff. The room had an excellent view of the Mississippi River and an impressive night view of the Crescent City Connection bridge lights. Looking forward to my next stay."

"The hotel was lovely. We worried about noise from Bourbon St, but we had a room on the courtyard looking down at the pool and it was very quiet. My friend used the heated saltwater pool every day. The only down sides were that we couldn’t open the windows, there was a loud vent fan in the bathroom that took a long time to go off and the light in the shower didn’t work. But I would definitely consider staying there again next time I’m in New Orleans."
