"What mattered most on this trip was the location (near many walkable points of interest, my arrival/departure location and multiple transit lines), the privacy and access to a kitchen. That last was more than adequate for my needs: a full-sized refrigerator to store breakfast items, beverages and restaurant leftovers, a toaster and microwave and, to my delight, an electric teakettle. On my arrival and first night I had to ask for clothes hangers — the room had none — and occupants down the hall...

"The condo we rented was on the 14th floor. The elevators smelled terrible and the 14th floor had dog pee and poop on the floors every day. They did clean the hallways one day. But then whoever had dogs just let them pee and poop on them again. Then one day there was dog pee in the 1st elevator. Which someone eneded up slipping and falling in. I assume its a resident on the 14th floor who has the dog. The elevators smelled bad every day. Kind of like a seafood restaurant dishwashing room or trash...

"The floors were very dirty when we arrived. My feet turned black after like 30 minutes of walking barefoot. There was dust on the fans & surfaces. Previous guests food was still in the freezer. There was basically an empty roll of toilet paper in one bathroom then only 1 other roll in the place (have to supply your own). Overall location & property was nice. Just could be better maintained for guests. "

"Stayed for 10 days to recover from surgery. Very quiet bedrooms. Any concerns were addressed promptly. Pool deck was nice. "
