"El hotel es excelente, su ubicación es inmejorable pero lo que destaco mas es la amabilidad de todo el personal. Tanto la recepción como todas las personas que trabajan en su restaurante en sus distintos horarios, son amables, dedicados, siempre con una sonrisa y con ganas de hacer que tu estadía sea inolvidable. Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos y volveremos seguramente. "

"Perfect for families of 4 or 5! Even though the space was on the smaller side, it was incredibly efficient and had absolutely everything we needed. Having 2 separate bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms was a lifesaver, and the small living area/kitchen was a great bonus. The location is excellent, making it incredibly easy to get around whether you are traveling with a car or without one. Highly recommend"

"Our flight was delayed 14 hours, so we managed to get a booking here, Juan was amazing and gave us an early check in so we could drop our bags and go out for the day in Santiago, location is handy to plenty of shops and not too far of a walk to San Cristobal. We also ended up having dinner before we went back to the airport, and the food was amazing. Should we find ourselves back in Santiago we will be sure to stay here again. Thanks Juan."

"This is an excellent property for a family of four, or even five if you use the sofa bed. The building is brand new and very spacious. The only thing I didn't like was that there is only one AC unit in the living room. Since the apartment is so large, I'm not sure if that would be enough to cool the whole place during the summer."

"The hotel is very well located, Las Condes is a beautiful and convenient neighborhood. The staff is friendly, though not exceptionally so. As for the hotel itself, it feels like it has seen better days. The luxury here is somewhat dated and hasn't been well maintained over the years, it's a has-been property, which makes the pricing hard to justify given what you actually get. With some vision and investment, it could easily compete with more modern luxury hotels. For now, though, the...

"The apartment is very nice, especially it’s very convenient for eating shopping and traveling. Because there is a famous Chinese restaurant across the street, the shopping center and the metro station are very near around up to 5 minutes walking."
