If there is no heat, at least add enough blankets. It is the third floor with steep stairs. Not recommended. The area is ok, Alfama is the oldest area of the city and has enough around for food and sight seeing. "

"The hotel had no sound isolation, one could hear lots of noises from other rooms and outside. Also the cleaning staff talked loudly in the corridors from early morning! The breakfast was horrible, the lowest quality breakfast I have ever had in a hotel. I do not understand how the hotel was a 3-star, it had quality of a 2-star or lower!"
