"Room was clean, and staff was responsive and kind and helped out. Unfortunately the maids came in and changed the air conditioning up to a high number and we couldn't get it back down to a comfortable temperature after they changed it no matter what buttons we pressed. We also chose to park our car in the garage, and multiple times the gate would not open. Luckily our flight was delayed, but if the flight had been the original time we would've missed it! Each time, someone had to come down from...

"The hotel itself was nice, but we were very disappointed with how our booking was handled. We booked a room that was advertised for 3 guests, but upon arrival we were told the third guest could only be a child, not an adult. They would not allow us to cancel the stay, leaving us with no real choice but to upgrade to a larger suite for an additional fee. This should have been clearly stated during the booking process. Unfortunately, it left a negative impression despite an otherwise okay stay."

"El apartamento bien, la televisión podría ser mejor, y en la ducha poner una alfombra ya que resbala mucho. Cama cómoda y cocina bien. No está tan cerca del centro comercial vasco de gama como parece, son unos 10 minutos en Uber/bolt o 30 en autobús.

"O apartamento é bom, mas tem alguns problemas graves.
A iluminação é pessima, a porta da entrada precisa de um jeitinho pra abrir, a do banheiro não fecha.
Não tem 1 lugar para pendurar toalhas, o chuveiro não é funcional.
Na cozinha a funcionalidade dos armários também é bem ruim.
A cama é muito confortável e a roupa de cama é boa. As toalhas de banho poderiam ser melhores.
A localização não é das melhores, só pra quem estiver de carro."

"Room was clean and great location. However very difficult to find the actual building. The sign on the front of the building did not match name of the building on the reservation. It is in a treacherous spot… with the steep hill and roller bags. Better sign and communication would certainly have helped!"
