"Big rooms with great amenities. Building is a bit older, but adds to the charm. Much more luxurious than I expected. Very attentive staff (they are very swift to help carry bags up and down stairs, for example), and all around great, comfortable stay. "

"I honestly can't fault this hotel. It's my second time staying here and the service is second to none. Staff always go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. From the concierge staff, to reception staff, to housekeeping and even the waiters and waitresses...every single encounter was a positive one. The room was clean, views were fantastic. Location is amazing. I don't have a single complaint Cannot wait to stay at this amazing hotel again! "
