"I love this place the location is great to get in Rocky Mountain National Park within 10 minutes. Grand Lake is a nice small town in the Rockies. I go here at least 1 to 2 times a year for over 20 years. This Inn is the best in Grand Lake with great views."

"When we got to our room, there was a stain on the bed, no toilet paper anywhere to be found, the carpet didn't look like it had been vacuumed, cushions on the chairs were hanging off. Overall, it felt like a very dirty room. We were supposed to spend 4 nights at the lodge and we ended up spending 30 minutes there and leaving to book a room at the hotel down the road for 4 nights instead. "

"I booked this room after 11 PM. I arrived and there was nobody in the office. I called and texted the number provided and received no answer. I waited approximately half an hour and then contacted Expedia. I’m still waiting to find out if they are willing to refund my money. After locating a new place to stay well after midnight, somebody texted me and rather than apologizing, I received more like a lecture saying didn’t you know that our office closes at nine? As a matter of fact, I did not...

"The mountain view was amazing. We went skiing in Loveland, and the distance was great. The restaurant next to the inn had great pizza. The only downside was the hot tub curfew at 9:30. I understand the need for rules, but for adults who aren’t causing a disturbance, I feel like the curfew should be later."

Room was quite spaciousThe best part is the staff- not just friendly and very professional, but willing to go beyond usual responsibilities to accommodate the guests. We were late to check in and arrived past midnight. Crystal who manned the reception stayed beyond her time to check us in. That’s priceless. "

"stayed there just for single night. Bed was comfortable and room was quite clean. Free breakfast would be nice addition but it would as clear during booking. Good location just off I-70 and lot of food and grocery options nearby. "

"Staff was wonderful! The rooms are definitely old, strong smell of old smoke in the air. Odd setup of the room. Not quite inviting, yet not completely off putting. It was a safe place to spend the night. I’ve definitely stayed in worse and in better. Wouldn’t plan a long stay or plan to stay in the room more than just for basic sleeping and showering. "

"The staff was very friendly at check in and check out. Very convenient, located right on Main Street in Frisco. Easy to walk to restaurants and shops. Parking convenient, right in front of rooms. Beds were comfortable. Have fridge, microwave and coffee pot in room. Continental breakfast was added bonus."
