Beth, We do sincerely apologize for the delay at check in as we were not expecting our system to momentarily crash. We do understand how this can cause an great inconvenience in your travel. Customer service & guest satisfaction is our main priority so it is disappointing that we did not leave you with a lasting great impression during your stay. Thank you for the detailed review. Please know that guest satisfaction is very important and we apologize for any inconveniences faced during your visit. Unfortunately, We are not a full service hotel and we do not provide a daily housekeeping service as we are an extended stay property. Long term guests receive a light touch every 4th day of their stay and a full service every 7th day of their stay. Linen/terry may be requested with the front desk at any hour, although if it is after housekeeping hours room deliveries are not available- guests will have to pick up additional linen/terry with the front desk. At anytime you can voice your concerns with our Guest Service Agent and they will be able to make accommodations for you with a fresh room or honor housekeeping service to address your concerns. I will share your review with my team and will address cleanliness with the proper department. We do wish to welcome you back in hopes that your next stay will leave a better lasting impression.
