"There was nothing good about this motel. Asked to be moved to a different room when we got there since we thought the bed was about to collapse when we sat on it. They gave us a new room...TV didn't work, broken lamp, stained bed sheets, dead bugs on the wall, fridge didn't work properly, no kleenex, no hot water (which they did call a plummer to fix). "Very loud older air conditioner. We turned it off and opened the window, which was just as loud with the semis and trains nearby."

"Not only was the staff super friendly and accommodating but the pool and hot tub were a excellent addition. The beds were comfortable and clean. Overall a gest way to spend a few days located in an easily accessible area with lots of great amenities close"

"The setting is spectacular but the service is beyond terrible. We were forced to climb stairs because the elevator was out of service. No pre-warning and one of us with low mobility challenges would have had real troubles if we were on the 3rd or 4th floor. We were on the 2nd. TV wasn't working properly and nobody available to help. Facing the mountains but had 2 different styles of music blarring into our room. Beds were adequate but not great. But location amazing!"

"Nice spacious room. Short walk to gondola at Kicking Horse Resort. Games in lobby. We were unclear on checkout procedure as there is no front desk and we didd not receive check out instructions until after we had already left. Suggest this be sent night before."

"It was alright. It’s like you’re camping with a safe place to stay. You should bring your own firewood otherwise they will charge you. But there is a lot of sticks and wood laying around you can use if you pick it up yourself. The power went out so we didnt have lights at night, but it was an adventure. I would go again later in the summer. It’s not a luxurious experience but if you’re adventurous and like to do random things you will have fun. The horses were not there yet. It was a 3/5 for...
